I do love her!! She does not have a very good voice but her voice is perfect for the tone of her music.
I brought this cd for another extra to play in my car.... I sing along to them all (apart for oh ouhhh)!! as this tune was a little rinsed out by me years ago and im still sick to hear it haha

19-year-old Lumidee has possibly one of the hottest tracks on radio right now. The remix of “Never Leave You (Uh Oooh)” is a club banger no doubt. Very catchy, with that irresistible Diwali rhythm that also fuelled Sean Pauls “Get Busy” and Wayne Wonders “No Letting Go”. The rest of her debut is unfortunately a bit faceless, aimless and sometimes even sluggish. But there are some good harmonies, even though her voice is not one of that strong choir singers. Supported by renowned artists as N.O.R.E., Busta Rhymes and Fabolous the album gets a bit of a fresher note. From the first impression second track “Honestly” sounds a bit like “Never Leave You” as is got the same tune and same bridge. Despite the fact that “Crashin' A Party” (feat. N.O.R.E. & DJ Tedsmooth) is another one of this usual r&b – hip hop collaborations it is still carpetbagging though. Well, the rest I already told you… But I guess, whoever likes that urban reggae vibe is going to enjoy the album. Well then, make up your own mind.

This is not the worst album I've bought but it's certainly not the best. The 'never leave you(remix)' with busta and fabolous is banging and 'honesty' with n.o.r.e ain't too bad either but the rest is all heard one, heard the rest sort of thing. Not worth buying but if you wanna learn the hard way, good luck.
