Very good read, full of information. My one criticism concerns the text which is a maze of literal errors spoiling the enjoyment of its reading. Rather than dash the book forward to publication, it would have been wiser to pause and give it a good professional edit. This is a failing with many speedway themed books. A well researched book and a useful edition to my library. Peter Wheat.

This book brought back many great memories of when I use to follow the Wembley Lions and speedway racing . It even has a chapter by Mark Lewishon who I was friends with when I was a fan of the White City Rebels so please say halo to him from me.
