The preface clearly states that all the ideas in the book are just opinions and it is up to the reader to decide what is true for them.
The best part of the book I thought was the tools section. There are some lovely invocations or prayers. Some of these invocations are for the rays of coloured light of higher energy that we can call upon to heal and ascend. I think people who like using colour to heal or are familiar with Diana Cooper's work might like these as well. I love this book and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone committed to their spiritual growth.
It reminded me of the innate skills that I had forgotten and allowed me expand on the material contained within.
