Lovely ideas and easy to follow patterns. Although most of the patterns are quite simple and the yarns used are all in very natural and soft colours the finished items have a very refined and boutique worthy look about them. A lovely book, especially if knitting for a little girl.

Really nice knitting book. Good designs for your little bubba or a friends :) What I'd call a natural earthy book.
Thanks.

Really lovely book, the images are beautiful, the texture of the book is so tactile, a book worth owning even if you don't knit. The patterns are also lovely, some very unique which is very refreshing!!! Wish they went upto grown up sizes though! Wonderful as it is aimed at the use of organic and natural yarns too. simple to follow instructions. great book!

Love the book and patterns some of which are quite complicated even for me and I am a very experienced knitter. however; Erica Knights does some online tuition which you can follow if you get confused.

Wow what a brilliant book. Even if you do not have babies to knit for there is something for grown ups as well.So far only had the book a couple of days and have knitted the bootees and celluar blanket. The patterns are really easy even for a novice.Nearly finished the lace cushion. I am using Louisa Harding Linen as it has a mottled effect and drapes lovely. Next on the list is the Hare Doorstop and the First blanket and the reclyed rag basket.

I bought this book because I love the pattern for the baby girl hat and shoes, which, incidentally, I already had. Free out of a Sunday newspaper! I honestly thought the rest of the patterns in the book would be as nice, but I was very disappointed when the book arrived. I found the patterns to be mostly very bland and boring, and not items I would personally be happy to see a baby dressed in. I should have sent it back, but maybe I might find something in it, and modify the patterns to my liking. I think I will stick to Debbie Bliss baby knitting books in the future.
