About the Author
I have often been told that I should write a book on how I manage my auto immune disease without drugs through diet and lifestyle and positive mental attitude. It wasn`t until I contracted my 3rd auto immune disease (I know I`m just plain greedy) that I decided to turn the diary I had been writing during those long six weeks in neuro hosptital into a book. My aim is to give hope and encouragement to others who may or may not be battling illness. I truly believe that if you get your mind right the body will follow. I am very lucky that I have a wonderful husband and fabulous friends who have all played an important roll in keeping me fit and well. Surround yourself with positive people and you cannot go wrong. I enjoy a wonderful life filled with fun and laughter. I teach exercise and feel an enormous sense of achievement in the knowledge that I play a part in helping others make the most of their health. My hope in writing this book is to share that joy in helping others. I might add also that ALL proceeds from my book will be going to the Lupus, Lems and raynauds charities who do such a wonderful job looking after us all and providing funds into research looking for cures. Big Hug to you all who decide to buy a copy. Thankyou.

When looking at this book, please bear in mind that this is one person's account of their journey. It will not work for everyone, but that is no reason to dismiss it out of hand.
Only one negative the print was rather small
An absolute joy to read - if at times very emotional - recommended by my Consultant, this has really helped me during the early years of living with R.A. & C.R.P.S. as the author has not just shared but has engaged in a brave fight for her own right to get as much out of life as she can, I truly commend her bravery.
As well as being a great read to those who can understand her challenges, it reminds us that we are not fighting alone!

A very positive read. Unfortunately the print is way too small
