About the Author

Annie Clarke is a yoga teacher and wellness warrior. She is the creator of the blog and brand Mind Body Bowl, which she set up following a period of illness and depleted energy. By stripping her diet back to basics, she managed to get back on track but her cooking had become boring and bland. It was then that she started experimenting and cooking up the delicious dishes featured on her blog. Her holistic approach to well-being is based on the importance of tuning into your own body and eating and living accordingly.

Such a beautifully put together book. There is so much wisdom here and offered in such a soothing and kind way. It sounds silly but this book is a little like a hug that one can open up and give to oneself. Thoroughly recommend it; filled with so many tips, tricks and life hacks and the photos are exquisite too!!

really like Annie and really like this book. Sound, sensible advice with some delicious food ideas i never would have thought of. A great book and also as it happens, a great gift for a friend who is looking for some advice on living more mindfully.

Having affirmation to allow yourself "the space to grow and learn without judgement or boundaries" - is something I truly resonate with. After going through my own health struggles, this book is a positive reminder that it takes time to discover your own path...and that's okay! Love this book Annie

I have managed to cook atleast one thing a week from this beautiful book. Its wordy enough to be a proper read and factual enough to have that take away element. The recipes are bang on, and i have managed to cook something at least once a week from it. Couldnt recommend it more.

A well presented book, heard about it through a friend. I have been looking for something that would help me through a challenging time, to give me some perspective..
