I always take a few good "chick lit" books away on holiday with me and Sheila O'Flanagan's are those I look for, together with Cathy Kelly and Jill Mansell. This was a really good holiday read as it has a great story line which flows nicely and the characters are so engaging.
I'd say this one of the most enjoyable I've read by Sheila.

Just finished this book today, and I must admit it was very easy to read. I couldn't put it down. The back cover of the book talks about Nessa who finds out her husband has an affair. However, this is just one of the issues tackled in this book, which goes on to explore the relationships of 3 very different sisters. The characters are likeable and the storyline is a good one. The author has a knack for dealing with real life problems, whilst injecting a bit of humour at the same time. A very enjoyable read.

I am a big fan of Sheila O'flanagan and love all her books that I have read so far. I found this one alittle hard to get into at first, but once I was a quarter of the way through it I found it almost inpossible to put it down. It really is a great read although when I got to the end I wanted it to carry on and find out how bree got on with her new found love. Three great characters who are very different from each other come together when they need each other the most, they realise they are alike in more ways than they actually thought. I thoughtly enjoyed this great read.

Amateur writing style, uni-dimensional characters, scenes poorly described, leaving all to imagination. Immature story that could have been told in 2 sentences, the detail not even adding entertainment to the story telling. Not recommended. Sorry if this hurts the writer (in case she's reads this review)

As soon as I started reading this one I could hardly put it down. As a fan of Sheila O'flanagan I have to say that this is one of her best books. The story is based around three sisters all of whom lead different lives, one being married and lives for her husband and daughter, one who's career and tv/radio star boyfriend are her life and the younger one who is a mechanic and is surrounded by men but just can't seem to find her perfect match! I felt that you really got to know the charachters and went through all their trials and tribulations with them. I always find with Sheila's books that there is always someone or some situation that you can relate to. I would recommend this book for any fan and if you have never read one then go for this one first.

Brilliant could not put the book down. Took me a while to get into it but once I got into the story, you just had to read where it was going next. Took me less than 2 weeks to read usually it would take me a few weeks.
