"Rachael has a fabulous sense of style that shows through not only in her crochet designs, but also in the vintage pieces she selects for her Etsy shop. Crochet has made a huge comeback in recent years, so it's a lot easier to find pieces that appeal to you than it once was. It's certainly no longer just granny squares and bulky shapeless sweaters." --FreshStitches.com
"Each of the patterns is clear and concise, with gorgeous full-color photo illustrations, and descriptions. There are projects here for every level of crocheter, and each project is labeled with one of three levels: beginner, easy, and intermediate. I loved the book...every page is chock full of beautiful colors and textures...the projects and patterns are so lovely!" --Sarahndipities.indiemade.com

However, a lot of these patterns I have seen their equivalent for free on ravelry. I mainly bought the book for the Geraldine Circle Scarf and that pattern is good. Some of the patterns though are too basic like the Chunky ribbed scarf and the boy beanie.
I think the book is worth the price if you want a book that collected together chunky accessories that look very fashionable.
p.s. the book is in American crochet terms.
