Good book but I did not realise it was aimed at a younger group of people than me. Finding it difficult to get good novels with a twist on ancient egypt. This book - was good and well written - so a good review but a bit young for me.

I got two pages in, and it's unreadable due to US spelling. I checked that Henty was British! This may be free, but I'll leave it, thanks, and try another freebie to see if that has correct spellling.

This is an epic story set in ancient Egypt and the surrounding areas. The language is a little old fashioned and this can make the reading a bit laborious in places, but it is well worth persevering with. It gives a real feel of what life was like in those days. Recommended.
