I found this book via [...] which is all about the Charente region of France and I am so pleased they were promoting it. The recipes are easy to follow, turn out exactly as expected and are simply delicious. I have recommended this to all my friends and I particularly recommend the Ratatouille recipe which produces the best version I have ever had. You don't need to be a French food lover to enjoy this, just someone who enjoys good food!
