I bought it for occasional use and have not had issues with clogged up print cartridges after using it for the first time in several months
The official bluetooth add on is a rip off and hard to justify and not any old bluetooth adapator will work - I assume because the drivers have to match since the machine cannot go and get new drivers
But this one - which I read about elsewhere - works just fine and for a fair price - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hama-Bluetooth-Adapter-Version-Class2/dp/B001NW746W/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1410764027&sr=8-3&keywords=hama+nano+class+2
The only downside - I have stick a bit of gaffer tape on to hold the printer flap shut when folded up - it has magnetic catch but that I feel that could just maybe come open and then get pulled off when moving around in a bag etc
It is surprisingly small, about the size of a large hardback book, and light weight, but it is very fast and produces good quality prints, the first thought that comes to mind when I use it is 'why are my other printers so big??' but then I only use it for printing documents, I have never tried photographs, these are left to my Epson R3000 A3 printer.
In retrospect I probably would not have got the version with the rechargeable battery, I guess I was thinking about being stuck in the middle of nowhere in the car with documents to print, but this has not happened yet, I have always had mains to plug into!
I guess what you gain with larger printers is seperate ink tanks and better quality prints and the ability to load more sheets of paper.
I would only recommend this to those who need something easily portable, for which I think it is absolutely perfect.
Needing to replace it urgently I went to Okobe via Amazon and paid for express delivery in view of an upcoming overseas trip.. Unfortunately Parcelforce seem to have lost it en route so Okobe stepped in and sent a replacement with overnight delivery by TNT no questions asked. This was absolutely superb customer service and I have no hesitation in recommending Okobe UK, I will certainly be looking out for them in the future. Great printer, great seller and, ultimately, great courier!!!!
Would definitely recommmend to others.
Only beef is that it is a little bulky.
