The nuts are delicious and perfect for any meal, especially if you are on a low-carb/high-fat diet. Good source of fat, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. However, the high omega-6/omega-3 fatty acids ratio and high amount of selenium make them a "forbidden fruit" that should be eaten in moderation.
I would recommend to any friend of mine.
But keep in mind that according to the RDA, if you plan to have them on daily basis, you should only be having 1-2 per day, because of the VERY high percentage of selenium (antioxidant), and overdosing on selenium can cause "selenosis" (toxic condition), leaving you with hair loss, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, ... and lots of others.
So just be aware, and do a bit of reading... don't overdose yourself, because these yummy stuff and be tempting :D

disgusting, old and rancid. Went in the bin, should have complained and requested money back. Good reviews must be old. Never getting this again, total waist of money.Published 20 months ago by Alicia070901
Horrible taste, like old and rancid. I have bought brazil nuts before, and when they are good they are delicious, but this ones are just old. Read morePublished 20 months ago by D. jimenez
