Bone Daddies was founded by Ross Shonhan, an Australian chef who had previously led the kitchens at Nobu and Zuma. The first Bone Daddies Ramen opened on Peter Street in Soho in 2012 and quickly became a destination for ramen lovers. We have since opened two further Bone Daddies Ramen in Kensington and Bermondsey, as well as two restaurants under different concepts: Flesh & Buns in Covent Garden and Shackfuyu in Soho. At Bone Daddies Ramen, we serve great, Japanese-inspired food and drinks and play loud Rock’n’Roll from decades past. We obsess about the consistency and quality of our dishes: each ingredient is prepared from scratch, vegetables are sliced by hand, and our broths are cooked for up to 20 hours. We now hope to enable you to recreate in your home the flavours and textures of great quality ramen, as you might enjoy it when you visit our restaurants.
