One Christmas, Hazel created a home-made gift for her 12-year-old sister, with the aim of luring her away from her tablet screen. Hazel invented Randomise, a game they could play together as a family.
The game was an instant hit, so she decided to try and bring the same joy and laughter to thousands of other families.
It all started with a homemade Christmas gift for my 12 year old sister. I created a game - Randomise - to lure her away from her iPad and towards fun with the whole family. It worked so well, and created so much laughter, that I decided to try and bring the same joy to thousands more families!
Our games are original, hilarious and super inclusive, bringing people together across generations to have fun together. They are pocket-sized so you can play them anywhere and they are incredibly successful at getting people to put down their screens and spend more quality time laughing together.
The world is desperately in need of more social connection, and it feels amazing every time we get a new review telling us how we have brought joy to people’s lives. I also love running my company in a way that maximises fun and social good and fits with my life as a mum to two young children.
