Which customers have access to Prime Wardrobe?

Prime Wardrobe is currently available to Prime members that have a delivery address in UK mainland.

What is Prime Wardrobe?

Prime Wardrobe is a Prime-exclusive program where you can try before you buy eligible clothing and shoes items from across women’s, men’s, kids’ and baby categories. You get 7 days to try on the items at home and you will only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

Are there any fees associated with Prime Wardrobe?

Prime Wardrobe is included with eligible Prime memberships and there are no additional fees to use it. Shipping and returns are included at no extra cost.

What items are eligible for Prime Wardrobe?

Prime Wardrobe eligible items can be found in women’s, men’s, kids’ and baby clothing and shoes. All eligible items are shipped by Amazon.co.uk, and we are continually adding new selection. Just look for the Prime Wardrobe logo.

How many items can I try at one time?

You can try up to 6 items at a time. You cannot add more than one exact same item at a time to a single order (i.e. same size & colour).

How many Prime Wardrobe orders can be placed at the same time?

You can only have one Prime Wardrobe order shipped to you at a time. You will not be able to ship another Prime Wardrobe order unless you purchase all items in your current order, or we’ve received the items you decided not to keep. Please go to Your Orders to track your orders and the Returns Center under 'Manage returns' to track your return.

How long is the try-on period?

You will have 7 calendar days to try on your items at home, starting on the day your Prime Wardrobe order is delivered.

Before the end of the 7-day try-on period, please go to Your Orders to Checkout and tell us what you want to keep or return to avoid being charged. Please drop off your returns at the nearest Royal Mail location using your prepaid label within 7 days from the end of your try-on period.

Don't worry, we'll send you emails to remind you throughout the process. This does not affect your legal rights.

How do I track my Prime Wardrobe Order or Return?

You can check the progress of your return shipments at the Returns Center under 'Manage Returns'. Please return all items in their original packaging to ensure quick and accurate processing.

How do I check out?

To check out, please go to Your Orders and tell us what you want to keep or return.

Do I need to check out online? What if I want to keep everything?

We ask that you return to Your Orders to finalize and pay for your order before the end of your 7-day try-on period so we only charge you for the items you want to keep. If you forget to complete Checkout during the 7-day try-on period, you will be charged for all items in your order at the end of the try-on period. If you've already put your returned items in the mail when this charge occurs, you don't need to take additional action - you will automatically be refunded when we receive your returned items.

When will I be charged?

You will not be charged until you complete your purchase on Amazon.co.uk during the 7-day try-on period. If you do not complete Checkout online in Your Orders by the end of the 7-day try-on period, we'll charge you for all the items in your order at the end of 7 days. Don’t worry, we’ll send you reminders along the way!

What payment methods are accepted for Prime Wardrobe orders?

Prime Wardrobe accepts credit cards with expiration dates at least 90 days in the future. In some instances we may accept debit cards with expiration dates at least 90 days in the future. Prepaid cards and gift cards are not accepted. We use card authorisation to verify payment cards.

What if I decided to keep something after I completed Checkout?

If you keep items that you marked 'return' during Checkout, you will be charged for them when returns processing is complete. Please note that this may result in a delay in shipping your next Prime Wardrobe order.

When can I place my next Prime Wardrobe order?

You can only have one Prime Wardrobe order shipped to you at a time. You will not be able to ship another Prime Wardrobe order unless you purchase all items in your current order, or we’ve received the items you decided not to keep. You can track progress of your return at the Returns Center under 'Manage returns'.

How do I return items that I do not want to buy from my Prime Wardrobe order?

First, complete Checkout online before the end of your 7-day try-on period by going to Your Orders and indicate which items you want to keep or return.

For any returns, simply repackage the items you wish to return using the resealable bag and attach the prepaid Royal Mail label which is provided with your order. Then drop off the package at the most convenient Royal Mail location within 7 days from the end of your 7-day try-on period.

Please make sure to return your items with tags on and in their original packaging, including: hangers, bags, shoe boxes, dust bags, and gift boxes. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. If you received a wrong, damaged or defective item please return it following the standard Prime Wardrobe return process.

Note: If you receive an order in multiple packages, you can return items in any package or packages.

When do I have to return my items by?

You have until the end of the 7-day try-on period to indicate which items you wish to keep or return (go to Your Orders). If you wish to return items, simply follow the instructions on how to return items you do not wish to keep. Please drop off all returns at your most convenient Royal Mail location within 7 days from the end of your 7-day try-on period.

Can I wear the clothes and then send them back?

You can try everything on in the comfort of your home. Items you wish to return must be unworn with their tags on and in their original packaging, including: hangers, bags, shoe boxes, dust bags, and gift boxes. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. When we receive a return, we will determine in our sole discretion if the products are in acceptable condition as specified in the Amazon Fashion returns policy. If returned products are determined by us not to be in acceptable condition, we may in our sole discretion charge you the purchase price and ship the products back to you to keep. This does not affect your legal rights nor your Amazon 30 day returns policy.

What if I want to return something after the 7-day try-on period?

If you change your mind, or if you have been charged for items at the end of the try-on period that you did not intend to keep, you will still have 30 days from the end of the try-on period to return the items to Amazon for a refund. The items will be subject to the Amazon Fashion returns policy (Items must be returned in their original packaging, including: hangers, bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags, and gift boxes. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged). This does not affect your legal rights.

Do I need to have all items returned by the end of the 7-day try-on period?

To avoid being charged for your Prime Wardrobe order, please complete Checkout before the end of your 7-day try-on period by going to Your Orders. Then drop off your returns at the most convenient Royal Mail location within 7 days from the end of your 7-day try-on period.

Can I return non-Prime Wardrobe items with my Prime Wardrobe returns?

No. Please only return items from your Prime Wardrobe order in the Prime Wardrobe resealable bag.

How do I return my order if it comes in more than one package?

You can return your items in any package using any of the included return labels.

How do I return my items if my prepaid label is lost/missing?

If you misplace the prepaid label then you can print another label and instructions by going to Your Orders and choosing “View Return Label & Instructions”. Print the label and affix it to the package and drop off at your most convenient Royal Mail location.
