How do I start a subscription?

  1. Choose from thousands of eligible products in the Subscribe & Save store.
  2. Select the quantity and schedule that works for you, from monthly to every six months.
  3. Create your subscription. We will take care of the rest and shipping is always free.

How do I skip my next delivery?

  1. Go to Your Account > Your Subscribe & Save Items.
  2. Hover over the subscription for the item you'd like to modify. On mobile devices, tap the subscription item.
  3. Click Skip next delivery.

How do I change my Subscribe & Save delivery day?

  1. Go to Your Account > Your Subscribe & Save Items.
  2. Click "Change delivery date" below your monthly delivery date. On mobile devices, tap “Menu” then tap “Change delivery day"
  3. Use the calendar to select your new delivery day.
  4. Please note: your Subscribe & Save delivery will arrive by the delivery date and may be earlier than the date selected.
  5. Click Confirm.

How do I change my Subscribe & Save delivery schedule or quantity?

  1. Go to Your Account > Your Subscribe & Save Items.
  2. Hover over the subscription for the item you'd like to modify and click Edit. On mobile devices, tap the subscription item.
  3. Click "Change your schedule or quantity"
  4. You can change the frequency, the month you want to receive your next delivery, or the quantity of items.
  5. Once you've selected your change, click Confirm.

How do I cancel my Subscribe & Save subscription?

  1. Go to Your Account > Your Subscribe & Save Items.
  2. Hover over the subscription for the item you'd like to modify and click Edit. On mobile devices, tap the subscription item.
  3. Click "Cancel subscription", then click "Confirm cancellation".

How do I change my Subscribe & Save delivery address?

  1. Go to Your Account > Your Subscribe & Save Items.
  2. Hover over the subscription for the item you'd like to modify and click Edit. On mobile devices, tap the subscription item.
  3. Click "Change shipping address".
  4. Enter your new delivery address and click "Dispatch to this address".
  5. For security reasons, re-enter your payment information.
  6. Select whether to use your new delivery address for all active subscriptions or only one. Click "apply your changes".

How do I change my Subscribe & Save payment method?

  1. Go to Your Account > Your Subscribe & Save Items.
  2. Hover over the subscription for the item you'd like to modify and click Edit. On mobile devices, tap the subscription item.
  3. Click "Change payment".
  4. You can apply the new payment method to all subscriptions for your delivery address.
