Hi Anne. Yes absolutely, it works anywhere in the world (other than China on Android due to Google restrictions). The app is available in the Dutch Google Play Store, although is not translated into Dutch.

Yes, thus allowing for a more intuitive ride. It points at interim way points you have specifically input & then the final destination.

Yes it should work fine on a scooter in principle. The one challenge will be calibrating it as it currently requires lifting the bike vertically which is not easy with a scooter! We're working on making that easier though with the improvements to come via firmware updates. So if you have problems they should be resolved soon.

Can't think why it shouldn't be shippable to Minneapolis, it certainly works anywhere on the globe. (Not tried it in Antarctica yet though).
