There are different wingtips and buds to suit different ears, and compared to a could of other true-wireless earbuds they don't have too much bulk that might foul the ear structure itself. Yes but you will only hear either the right or left channel on it's own, not both combined.

Not really they’d not fit. I’d suggest trying the Jaybird freedom or freedom2 they have really tiny buds and come with a extra small

Yes. Although the sound and tone is good the blue tooth connection is disappointing and drops often when in locale of other devices

No I really wouldnt, to be honest, when i sweat they keep switching them selves off. Had 6 pairs now if it werent that they were so small and good sound i would have given up ages ago. but as soon as i sweat they shut down.

I don't know the specifics, but it behaves just like any other Bluetooth headset so if your watch can pair directly to a headset I see no reason why it shouldn't be possible.

Not specifically, no. But as they are in-ear earbuds they are quite isolating anyway. One feature you can find on some high end earbuds (not these) is a noise pass-through function which purposely lets outside noise in, which might be helpful when running in built up areas so you can get a sense of surrounding traffic hazards.
