Ingredients listed are Vitamin D3, Sunflower oil, Gelatine (Bovine), Glycerine. Unless gluten is found in any of these ingredients I would say they are gluten free. Obviously not suitable for a vegetarian though.

I think these are better as you can change your dose daily whereas you are stuck with 10,000iu with the others. Sometimes I go as high as 6,000iu but usually if taking every day I go with 3,000iu. The flexibility afforded to you with these is far better than having the larger dose IMO. Hi. Unfortunately the package doesn't state calorie content but they are very small in size- less than a baked bean). As well as the vitamin D the ingredients are made up of sunflower oil, and the shell is gelatine and glycerine. Hope this helps, if not I suggest contacting the manufacturers.
