Hi there, it takes 60 - 90 mins through laptop to charge but if you get the one with extra batteries, it's worthwhile getting the charger block that can charge 4 at once. Takes a similar amount of time to charge but can do 4 at once instead of 1. Hope this helps....... pd

The X5C-1 is supposed to have upgraded control system to provide a smoother flight, it also relocates the camera control to make it easier to reach. I would love to tell you what its like but I have just been sent an X5 after ordering the X5C-1

3 weeks later and I have now got the correct model, first impressions are that its easy to fly (and even easier to crash) biggest problem in getting used to it is the limited flying time before it needs a re-charge, I think a second battery will be my next purchase. see less

Shooting video doesn't alter the battery life all that much; a few seconds at most. You're still looking at around 8-10 minutes flying time between charges.

As stated in the add it's approx 7min. You wont be flying it for that long as a pig to control I have found, but great fun.... I purchased more batteries, a must.

I am not sure because it hasn't happened but, the rotors do not stop dead when the batteries dies so i suppose it would be the same when not receiving commands

There's lights on it, green for full battery, red for low battery, it's gives u a few mins b4 the battery dies
