I bought a 50 inch Hisense Smart TV at the beginning of this month (July 2016) through Amazon. The manufacturer's warranty is for two years from date of purchase. You can register your date of purchase with Hisense online which I have done.

The H49M3000 has amazing sound and I imagine the others do too. The system is sluggish and I would only recommend this TV to plug into a HTPC.

It has Netflix and YouTube buttons right there on the remote control - instant and fast access. It also has BBC iPlayer, amazon,deezer and a number of others built it along with an internet browser.

Yes. You will have to find out the correct mounting system (I think there is a standard TVs all follow) but should be easy enough to. Cracking TV by the way. Very happy with mine. Hope this helps.
