Saute broccoli, 1 chopped potato, 1 stick of celery and a chopped onion. ( add a little water as you saute otherwise it tends to burn) Add 500 ml chicken stock and 500 ml semi skimmed milk. Set to smooth setting.
Add little salt and pepper. If you want soup a little thicker add a bit of mixed flour and milk to ingred… see more

Put lid on and cook for 22 mins. Now add 200g chopped up Stilton and Cook for 5 more minutes by pressing the saute button. Enjoy! see less

The booklet that comes with it advises only to put meat in if already cooked. The cooking time is so quick, I don't think meat would cook. I am veggie, so I haven't tried.

It's very simple. You plug in - put some oil in sufficient to, say, saute your onions, and press the switch on the handle which will go green. No more to it.

Hasn't happened to me yet. The bottom has a non stick coating which obviously helps this not to occur.
