Hi - the pulse should work from the grip, thats the only way I know. As for the jack, I am sorry I have no idea. If you contact the supplier, I found them very helpful when there was a glitch with my bike. They rectified the problem immediately. Sorry I couldnt be more helpful

When you press the button it scrolls through and if you hold it it will reset. And as your using the bike it should automatically go through all of them cont

I am as helpful as the last three answers. I have to admit that I didn't assemble the bike and have rarely used it. Nothing was left over after Bill had 'stuck it' together and he didn't remember that particular item. Sorry and good luck.

The bike is very stable and actually the saddle is comfortable too. I had ordered a gel cover for a saddle as was worried it would be uncomfortable but didn't need. Bike also easy to move around. Maybe the cable has disconnected or broken you don't have normally do anything other than twist the dial ours is fine.

It is as comfortable as any other bike. Fine if you're doing short bursts. I don't find any saddle comfortable but compared to others it's pretty good
