I have used them in an extension lead with no problems so I would imagine they will be ok with plug adaptors providing the connections are good.

I am using these adapters with a TalkTalk Youview box and they work perfectly. Don't know if you could use one of these and one TalkTalk powerline adapter together but I suspect they are the same adapter.

The device is 500mb I use it to power a internet connection on a receiver and it works no problem
