I don't know what types of heat that AGA or Rayburn generate, but Ingenio is compatible for induction heat which is probably the most restrictive of all. So it should be good for any other heat such as coil or smooth tops.

Yes sure! I use it on a normal ceramic hob at home. And all component are dishwasher safe. Even the handle.

I should think these would be perfect for a boat. They are certainly very good pans.
Lids are not supplied, but if you order lids separately, then the handles fold down so they can stack on top of each other with minimum space wastage see less

No, they would scratch if you use anything metal. I stack when clean and not in use.

Sorry, but I don't know the answer to that I use mine on an induction hob; However the base and sides of the cookware are not the same and given that the flames from your hob might go up the sides of the pots I don't think they would be right for you but contact Tefal and ask them if they are OK for gas
