the width is 43cm and the height is 15cm but if you add on the paper feeder it becomes 26cm and the depth is 28.5cm and again if you add on the paper tray then its 36.5cm. This is as exact as I can get it hope it helps

Sorry your having a problem. you should have the 301 cartridges. Remove tape that covers the contacts. contacts should face the inside of the printer. the ridges on the sides of the cartridges should fit on the top of the ridges on the side of the cartridge cavity and be pushed straight in. hope this helps.

Depending on your operating system, do one of the following:
Windows 8: On the Start screen, right-click an empty area on the screen, click All Apps on the app bar.
Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP: From the computer desktop, click Start, select All Programs, click HP, click HP Deskjet 2540 series.
Click Printer Setup & Software.
Select Convert a USB connected printer to wireless. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 1 - Reconfigure Wireless Settings
Step 2 - Connect USB cable
Step 3 - Network Step-up
Step 4 - Disconnect USB Cable
Successful Wireless Reconfiguration see less

yes no problem, i've scanned a ordnance maps folded only thing i had to do when they are a bit thick is put a weight on lid to stop light getting in.

Of course. Windows 7 is being supported as an operating system until 2020 I believe and this is a very recently released-to-market printer.

I don't think it will do that so what I do is scan it to the computer and then save it. Then I attach that to the email. If anyone has any better ideas, I'd love to know as it a bit time consuming.
