However, the new iPad Mini is a thicker than the original for which the Keyboard was design. The resulting problem is that the iPad Mini sits more upright than the old one and because it is a small device anyway this can make using it uncomfortable - particularly causing neck strain. My advice is to visit an Apple store if possible and to try it for yourself - the solution I found was to use the Logitech Folio Keyboard which has a magnetic system rather than a slot and so ensures the iPad sits at a comfortable angle. I doubt it. We have also had problems with our Logitech keyboard damaging the screen on our iPad as it puts too much strain over a small area of the edge. We are in discussion with Logitech at the moment about their paying for a replacement screen but they are being less than helpful. Watch this space

Does the light in the top right hand corner come on when you switch on the keyboard? If not, you need to charge it by connecting it to a computer. The charge lasts so long it is easy to forget.

Yes I would say so. I use all fingers and sort of touch/look type quite fast and I don't have a problem with it.
