The speakers are not meant to be used really, but there is a headphone jack so the quality would really be a function of how good your phones are.

This tv model was a disaster for me , as it packed up after 13 months. Toshiba were not interested, but fair play to Amazon I had a full refund. Hope you have better luck.

Hi Julie, my booklet does indeed say LCD on the cover. Sadly I'm of no help with the HD channels or grainy picture as I only use mine for my games consoles and haven't tuned any of the channels in, sorry.

Try the obvious first has any leads come out has the remote control source button been pressed by accident. If not it must be broken.
