I don't know the dimensions of the JVC HA-MR55X but I'd be surprised they didn't fit in this case.

I've not seen those cans but the ones I have are pretty large and they fit easily. There is a Velcro pouch inside you can move around that holds my 6M cable.

JVC HA-M5X M55X JVC HA-DX2000 if your's are the same size as these headphones then it will fit..i use the beyerdynamics and they are pretty big headphones and fit easily
