No sorry. There is a small pouch pocket on the front that the rucksack folds into, but no pocket that will take a water bottle.

No bottle pocket. The front zipped pocket (that it all folds back into) is approx 140mm wide by 150mm deep and has a short strap with hook attachment, maybe for keys, could be for a bottle with a ring attachment that may keep a bottle in the pocket.

I'm not 100% sure, but since it's called a pac 15 I'm assuming that means 15 litres. Anyway it's a great bag; very comfortable to wear and I was able to pack a lot into it.
