Not easy to measure, its about 10cm. this is with the group 1 bottom padding in place. The chair is very comfotable. Daughter falls asleep in it very quickly. You cant really go wrong with this, just remember to take the cross bar out when you stop using the inbiult belts. We haven't actually used it in a Honda Jazz but the seat is secured using the ordinary three point safety belt. No special fittings are required. We are highly delighted with the car seat and we have used it in a variety of makes of car with equal success and safety.

Hi, providing the back seats aren't bucket style seats. (I suspect it's a normal bench seat) then this seat will fit. It's not an isofix seat, it fits with a 3 point seat belt, if fitted right it is very secure. My hubby has a recaro isofix seat in his car, that's called a "young expert pro".

Hi, providing the back seats aren't bucket style seats. (I suspect it's a normal bench seat) then this seat will fit. It's not an isofix seat, it fits with a 3 point seat belt, if fitted right it is very secure. My hubby has a recaro isofix seat in his car, that's called a "young expert pro".
Both seats are very good and feel very sturdy compared to some of the cheaper seats. And if you have a focus st what other brand of seat would you buy. see less
