Easily enough. You lift it and push a switch thing and it folds down. If you do it often, it'll be a doddle.

There are two problems. One, is to attach the fixing brakets to the pushchair in a position where they don't foul when the pushchair is folded, and two, having found the only position that they could possibly fit, it was so awkward to walk behind the pushchair (not impossible) that quite frankly, I gave up. A different board manufacturer might offer different geometry, and so may work better. see less

Yes it is. We bought it to take on an aeroplane because of this & the fact that it's not too heavy.
