2 usb3 and I think 2 usb 2 (on holiday at moment and going from memory). You can always look at specs on Fractal design website. The front door does not come off as far as I am aware, unless of course you dismantle the case.

Ya can fit 2 140 at top one at back and I think the front only takes 120, 2 off. Also one fan at bottom. Think it takes 140 too

Yes it will fit that card. You can also remove the hard drive bay which I have done to increase airflow and allow for the longest graphics cards.

Yes. The case is huge and any after market heatsink & fan combo I'm aware of will fit.
