Hi Tony, I don't have the phone now but I seem to remember the back slides off and was a bit awkward to get the hang of. It only slides a short way though, then lifts off! Sorry not to be more helpful. Hope you get it sorted! Steve

Yes it does.... Three and/or any other Network... It's not locked to any particular one.
I used it with my Three Network SIM and it worked just fine.
