Answer:
You have to remove the whole holder by loosening the large screw on the left hand side just above the foot. With a little bit of manoeuvering it fits in. Work slowly - it will fit.

Answer:
Hi
I am using it with a Toyota rs2000. It fits by unscrewing the screw that holds the normal foot on. I haven't had much luck using it though as I cannot put my 'dogs' down and using the darning plate doesn't help.

I'm sorry I can't help you with this query. I am not familiar wih a Bush 24 stitch machine. I use a New Home made by Janome and it fits well with this machine. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

My Brother Galaxie 2100 embroidery machine does not have the facility to remove the whole shank so was useless as far as the darning foot. I finally went to Hobbycraft with my darning foot and found the machine to take it; The Singer Confidence. The staff were super helpful and even let me fit the darning foot to make sure I had the right machine. You have to be able to remove the whole shank in order to fit the darning foot fully on. This requires using the screw driver to undo the shank and to fit and tighten up the darning foot once it is in place, rather fiddly but once on doesn't move and then you can proceed to embroider free hand. I hope this has helped and I would suggest you look carefully at your machine because not all Singer's have a screw shank. My Singer Confidence is also a top load bobbin fill, which, I much prefer but may not be needed for the darning foot?. Good luck and I hope this has helped.
