Wood paper, it's ok but you can get better ones I paid £40 for it which is a tad over priced £20 would be about right for this

Certainly not it would be dangerous all fires of this sort give off carbon monoxide a very dangerous gas that kills in enclosed spaces even in tents or similar.

The fire and the ash cannot fall through, although it would probably be best to place it on slates, tiles or bricks to ensure that the decking doesn't scorch.
