I've put 80kg on it and it seemed fine, could probably take another 20-40kg, maybe more. I would genuinely recommend it though, leg fly's aren't great, but it's awesome for sit ups and bench press.

The barbell rest is 40inchs from the floor and the backrest has 3 positions to choose from (flat,mid and a setting that almost has you sitting upright, if you have it flat you have plenty of room between your face and the barbell.

Front leg extensions are a bit awkward. I'm 5ft6 and it's a bit neat for me. Hamstring exercises u would need to have it quite a bit away from the wall to allow for room
