No just the charger which will also charge Samsung. I have purchased 3 of these over time as gifts as each recipient tells me how good they are, rather have good review and buy seperate cable or use original. Hope this helps

I see no reason why it can't. It charges my iPhone 5 without problems. All you need is a compatible lightning cable which in your case is the data/sync cable. The external battery will do the job.
