You could buy a wide angle lens for these fields unless you have got the prime lens, then don't buy anything. If you want a sharper and better lens at low light conditions at "cheap category" is the best, but i think that doesn't fit on your needs. A Zeiss lens around 24 mm is one of the best choice, but also very expensive.

Why not buy the black one? It is in stock at the minute. To be honest I might have to buy the 19mm sigma in silver I'd prefer black to match my camera but the way I see it is its a tool so it doesn't matter if it looks great as long as the images I capture look good 
