Hi, I have used this in place of flour to bake cupcakes. So I would say yes it is fine enough. There are no almond skins in there.

I haven't tried to make milk out of ground almonds, only whole. Since you would still have to strain the liquid after blending, using ground almonds would be a much more expensive exercise than the entire nut.

These almonds are ground without skin on I guess they could be blanched to remove the skin. I used them for baking and they were satisfactory. 🙂
