Yes, standard QWERTY alphabet keys, £ and $ signs (but no Euro), F1 to F12. Works well, easier to use than my notebook keyboard. I'm very satisfied.

It does not come with a driver. It is a plug&play item. The pc to which it was connected was running Windows7. I would not expect a problem with Windows7 or above.
