Do you mean turn off AD, rather than turn off the AD button? If Audio Descrition is switched on then to turn it off, from memory i think you just press the most bottom left button on the remote (the writing's worn off mine so not sure what it used to say) and then select 'English'

Hi there,
You will need:
2 x Lnb satellite cable (to pick up frees at channels). 1 cable for viewing, 2 if you want to view and record another channel at the same time.
1 x coaxial aerial cable to supply signal for terrestrial channels
1 x doc power cable to supply power to item
1 x hdmi cable to supply high resolution video and audio to tv
If you don't want HDMI, you can use scary cable (note this produces lower resolution and sound quality)
Hope this helps see less

Answer:
The EchoStar HDS-600RS is a satellite receiver only it cannot be connected to a terrestrial antenna. Also be aware that if you want to use the dual tuner function you need a dual feed transponder ob you satellite dish, unlike terrestrial antenna you cannot split a single satellite feed to multiple tuners. Hope this helps.
