I have the WV60, which includes a spray bottle and pad. I have had problems with streaks, but experimented by wetting the pad before spraying, which made the glass much wetter and the cleaning better too. Try wetting the window more before using the vacuum.

Its because of the Lithium type battery. When they loose charge they more or less just cut out and don't gradually peter out like the old type rechargeable batteries.

My karcher WV50 weighs 0.7k and you can clean any window outside .I do not have the type of windows that you can clean from the inside. However if I had that type I am sure you would be able. It is a great product and so easy to use.
