I have not tried using it with Window 10, Ii works with Window 8.1. I cant see any reason for it not to work Windows 10.

Yes I use it with my laptop it is window 7.
I also use it my desktop with windows 10.
To get the best out of it use good long life battery's not rechargeable as they do not last as long.

I also need to buy a keyboard for my TV, but once you have used a back lit keyboard, there's no going back. Sitting on the sofa handling the keyboard and separate mouse is a bit of a pain. Getting up to turn the lights on so you can see the keyboard is even worse. Exercise is for the gym, not when I'm relaxed at the TV.
However, if cost is important, then the Microsoft package with mouse is very good, I have three now. see less
