Hi there if you are using the scart mode on the Toshiba dvr20 there are 2 possible options the bottom one goes from the dvr20 straight to the tv and the top one goes to your sat or virgin box that is the scart option but I use the hdmi option which goes straight from the dvr20 to the tv I hope this helps peter

Sorry unfamiliar with Freesat receiver. But if it has Videa and audio output should be able to use it, Use the direct video and audio inputs on the DVD.

Very easy to set up. Just scart leads as DVD player. Does the job as required but is very fiddly to operate. Know where as easy as my previous LG model

Yes you can. You have to use the AV input from the TV. It is explained in the handbook. A bit fiddly but you can record from Sky but only the channel its on. You need to connect it to Sky box with the scart and then have a mess around using the AV input once the Sky box is switched on. Hope this helps.

I have been in contact with Trading standards and I am now personally chasing this company to return my money, if I do not receive it within the next 21 days I will be taken them to court. In my opinion I would send your D20KB back have a full refund and go and buy one in Argos, a company you will have no problem with. see less
