You can store up to 4 persons. But you can always use guest mode where you need to enter the age and height manually. The manual although says that this product was not designed for professional use.

Bear in mind that your body composition is in a constant state of flux(,mine varies by about 2 or 3 lbs from early morning to bedtime, for obvious reasons .( To see if your weight is increasing or decreasing take a reading at the same time on the same day once a week,and you will see the"trend "in weight and body composition alteration you are achieving by your exercise regime. I have used these type of machines for many years and find them very useful,if you are a regular exerciser. This Omron machine is the best that I have used, and it is great value for what it does. Remember Body Composition rather than just reducing to an "Ideal Weight"is important. Ideally train for a healthy weight, healthy low body fat percentage,and good Muscle Mass percentage.( the manual provided will give charts of what your targets should be for your sex and age for Body Fat , Visceral Fat,Muscle and BMI. I use : www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm This will give the info' you need about "ideal" body total weight. Obviously you can not know if your exercise regime is producing the results you want unless you know (1) what is a good set of target figures for you at your age, (2) How you are progressing towards your targets, on a weekly basis. You can do this with this machine. I keep a log of the figures on PC so I can see how I am doing over a period of time. I hope this is useful,and can recommend the above as a planned way of achieving correct body composition, and good fitness results.

Yes, I've done this myself. When you switch it on unless you load your profile by pressing one of the profile numbers or guest button it defaults to weight only.
