Why not put capo on first fret then tune as normal.When capo is removed then guitar should be tuned a half step down.

sorry I do no know I have had a guitar for years and hope one day I might be able to play this tuner is easy to use I was able to tune the guitar with no help. on the box that I still have it says chromatic, guitar, bass and violin. You might but I am guessing, sorry regards marcus

Hi there, I have since moved on to a 12 string tuner but I have checked the documentation of this tuner and no there is no built in metronome. Funny you should mention a metronome as I have been looking at a stand alone version, anyway hope my answer helps.
