Answer:
Definitely 18cm bordering on 18.5cm. Tricky to get tape inside. Great pans and well worth the money. I never put mine in dishwasher. A quick wash in hot soapy water does the job. Hope this helps.

Answer:
This frying pan is measured on the inside rim at the top. To give you a better idea of its size the dimensions are as follows:
Outside diameter (top rim)- 29cm
Inside diameter (top rim)- 28cm… see more
This frying pan is measured on the inside rim at the top. To give you a better idea of its size the dimensions are as follows:
Outside diameter (top rim)- 29cm
Inside diameter (top rim)- 28cm
Flat base (inside) - 22cm
One of the benefits with this particular pan is that it carries and maintains the same heat along the curved sides of the pan as it does on the flat base, so that the first items to be cooked can be moved away from the flat base to the sides without losing their heat. When I tried this out it was a lot easier than our previous frying pan, which was a lot larger than this one, which cooks the same amount of food.
If it of any use, I would not change this pan now I have found that the cooked items can keep their temperature along the sides of the pan without the need to remove them to a warm plate.
Hope this is of some help. see less
