Answer:
The package does include dishwashers, dishwasher tablets usually come with degreaser. I only have a washing machine and no dishwasher. My appliance repair engineer didn't recommend the product because it doesn't degrease or mentions removing grease from the machine.

Answer:
After each sachet I noticed the limescale was 'mushy' and I was able to scoop it out with kitchen roll. Now I have no limescale around the rubber seals, that is after using this product every other month for a year. I wish I had discovered this years ago.

Answer:
Hi there, It says suitable for all makes and models on the box and no further info re: size of machine, so I think you should be ok with one. Perhaps use 2 the 1st time if you've never used before and you have limesacale build up already or your machine is older, but if a new machine then 1 I think. Hope that helps.

Answer:
12 sachets, we do it once a month. We only buy a box once a year. We have extremely hard water. We were using 3 calgon tablets and it still didn't work. Our machine broke down and someone came out and suggested this stuff. But it was cheaper than what hotpoint was offering. We have never looked back. It really does work.

Answer:
It is in powder form. They say to use it every month but I use it when I think there is a slight smell about every two months.
