I looked up your system and the only input I can see is AUX which I don't think would work on a sub.
I have a Bose sound dock and the only connection is AUX (I used it to play from my computer).… see more

My sub is connected to a 7.1 sound system run by a Pioneer amp.
I would be very surprised if Bose incorporated a sub out as they try and get the best tonal range direct from the system.
